Our friends who winter in Arizona recommended Cha Cha. The minute we called she was on the job! She looked at the place we were most interested in, advised us on how it compared with others she was aware of that met our criteria of size and price. We decided to make an offer right away in Green Valley on the end unit townhouse with the million dollar view and a price tag far less. She helped us structure the offer. She kept us updated from the minute she went to look at the house. There were three offers but ours was accepted, it was the "cleanest" and they liked it the best. She arranged each of the next steps perfectly as well, bank and mortgage company. When we arrived in Green Valley to spend the winter in our new home everything went like clock work and we were able to occupy the next day.
